OTUDERE is a digital management and empowerment platform owned and operated by Steron Community Development Foundation for persons with disabilities in Nigeria.
Our purpose
We make it easier for persons with disabilities to register, complete verification, request assistive devices, discover training, apply for grants, access inclusive jobs and receive programme updates.
For inclusive employers
Verified employers can create organisation profiles, publish accessible opportunities and connect with qualified candidates through a dedicated employer account.
Accessibility and dignity
Our services are designed around clear language, keyboard access, readable interfaces and respectful handling of disability information. Support decisions remain subject to staff review and programme eligibility.
Ownership
OTUDERE is owned by Steron Community Development Foundation. The platform supports the Foundation’s registration, verification, inclusion and empowerment work.
